New Support Portal Account Setup
- Navigate to https://helpdesk.nasscoinc.com/.
- Click "Login" on the top right.
- Click "Sign in with magic link".
- Enter you email address and click "Send me magic link".
- You will receive an email shortly after from support@freshworks.com. Click the "Activate account" button embedded in the email.
- Once the page opens, enter a password of your choice and click "Activate your account".
- You may now click "Login" top right which should sign you into your account.
If you get logged out of the portal in the future, you can click "Send me a magic link" again. When you click the link sent to you, it will automatically log you in without a password since you have already set your password.
