View Your Proofpoint Quarantined Emails
Why are emails quarantined?
Proofpoint quarantines emails that it deems suspicious or potentially harmful. This can include emails that contain suspicious links, attachments, or content. They can also be quarantined if the sender does not have their DNS records configured correctly. Quarantining these emails helps to protect employees from falling victim to cyber attacks.
Quarantine Digest emails
You will receive an email titled "Proofpoint Essentials - Quarantine Digest" every 4 hours containing your quarantined mail like the one below.
If you see any legitimate email that is in quarantine, please forward to helpdesk@nasscoinc.com to have it released. We may add exceptions for trusted senders so they are not quarantined in the future.
